We stayed for a week here. Everything was perfect. The room and decoration are beautiful and the service was warm and kind. We would 100% come back here next time we are in Puerto. The location is also great with lots to do around and a lot of fun to be had!
Amazing stay at this new hotel in la Punta! The location is off a quiet road just a short walk from the beach. The staff are wonderful and helpful, especially Justine who was super helpful with anything we needed and did us a huge favor we are forever grateful for. The place is super laid back but at the same time has high end amenities for the area like an amazing pool, great shower products (always warm water and great water pressure), comfortable beds and working air conditioning, a fridge in the room, great beach towels, free fruit and water (both hot and cold), pool shower and toilet, cool chic design...I could go on and on. Will definitely stay here again when we return to this lovely little beach town. Highly recommend!
I stayed here one night and had a really pleasant experience. I whatsapped them before and they were super responsive, answering all the questions I had. If I were to stay in La Punta again, I would definitely stay here as it was centrally located but far enough away from the more noisy streets.
We loved our stay here! Justine was so lovely and helpful from the moment you walk in, she is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Room and lobby is lovely and quiet, very nice to get away from all the loud street noise but close enough to everything you need. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. Very beautiful hotel.
Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay a lot. Nice rooms and swimming pool with great location in La Punta, nearby all the restaurants and besch. Only thing to improve; add some more sunbeds as 3 was not enough. But the staff was excellent! So helpful and kind all the time.

We want there for a short trip with a friend & everything was great ! Location was amazing, close to the beach and every restaurant / commodity of Puerto Escondido but still quiet to get a good sleep. The service team was amazing & nice. They don’t serve any breakfast tho but have coffee & water & other drinks available (some for purchase). We enjoyed our time !
I loved my stay at Casa Ita. It is located perfectly within walking distance from everything in town from beauty studios, bars and restaurants to the pharmacy and beach. As close as it is to town, it is so quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. The pool is gorgeous and a nice little spot to relax and read your book. The staff are the friendliest people who will go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the Aircon is invaluable! Great amenities and good water pressure. I cannot recommend Casa Ita more, my stay was fabulous and I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.
